Living Lab - Herbology

An outdoor, garden-based science class for curious young naturalists.

Students become 'plant detectives' — sketching, journaling, and investigating the botanical world alongside a working herb garden. Each semester students build a personal Field Journal that documents observations, discoveries, and the stories behind the plants we explore.

  • Weekly outdoor sessions in the garden
  • Field Journal, botanical sketching & watercolor
  • Plant science vocabulary and hands-on inquiry
  • Small class sizes for personalized guidance
